Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Customers are required to make full payment 3 days before the collection of cake

Terms & Condition

1. We cannot guarantee that the cake will look exactly like the pictures given to us. We will decorate the cake as closely as able without infringing on any copyright implications and to make the cake look like an original creation.

2. After the design of the cake has been confirmed the client will only be allowed minor alterations and limited to 2 changes. 

3. Once the cake has been delivered, it has to be consumed on the day. Any remaining cake has to be refrigerated in a covered container and consumed within a day. Cake must be consumed at room temperature.

4. Cakes used for the wedding cakes are butter based cakes only

5. All completed cake are to be collected at Damansara Jaya. Selangor. Full address will be provided after booking is made. Delivery charges will be incurred separately if required. A third party delivery service will be sourced for the delivery services.

6.  No changes or alterations will be entertained 2 weeks prior to collection 

7.  Separate charges will be incurred based on items added after confirmation of the design has been finalized.

8.  50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order. The remaining 50% payment must be made 3 days prior to collection of the date or the cake order will be deemed as cancelled.

9.  Upon cancellation of the cake after the 50% has been made, the deposit is not refundable.
