Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - balance 50% to be paid on the event date

Terms & Condition

1. CHIIO OCCASIONS reserves the right to make substitutions on the flowers, greens, stands and any other materials used in our flower arrangements to the same or better quality should the original materials be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. These variations can be due to seasonal changes such as temperature, rainfall, sunlight and other variables like delayed freight.

2. No changes allowed to the confirmed quotation & total amount 8 weeks prior to the event date. All fresh floral materials and plastic containers are to be sold to customer, excluding/ excepted glass containers, vases, urns, mechanisms & accessory materials which reserved to be the ownership of Chiio Occasions (002626652-W). Nevertheless, price enquiries are most welcome for those who are interested to purchase the items mentioned above.

3. The prices reflected in this quotation may be subject to further change up until this quotation is agreed, accepted by the Client and a copy of the duly signed quotation is returned to Chiio Occasions.

4. 50% deposit (non-refundable) upon confirmation and balance to be made upon delivery of flowers.
