Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - in CASH on actual day upon completion of job

Terms & Condition

1) In the event that Connie is unable to perform her duties due to sickness or any unforeseen circumstances, she will find another equally competent and professional make up artist as replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.

In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to Connie's availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.

2) Medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind must be advised in advance.

Connie will not hold any responsibility if no known allergies were mentioned prior to makeover session.

3) Deposits are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

4) Trial Make up:

All trial makeover(s) is/are to take place at client's premises on weekdays only. Trial is recommended for all potential customers as Connie will not accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the actual day and a refund will not be allowed. Trial makeup will be at RM240 and takes to a maximum of 2hours.

Kindly show Connie photos of makeup and hairstyles that you prefer during the trial session(s). At least 1 month notice must be given if you wish to cancel part of, or reschedule a trial appointment.
