Established since 2014, Elevete is a brainchild of Chef Edwin Chan, a dessert perfectionist who feeds his satisfaction when Elevete is a part of someone’s special occasions – Birthdays, Anniversaries or does not need a reason to enjoy good desserts! There is always something for every celebration.

The company is born when the thought of owning a local dessert brand with a speciality in macaron came to Chef Edwin’s mind. Seizing the opportunity when macaron craze hit Malaysia, he introduced ‘Elevete’. Today, there is a further demand in macaron creations and specialised desserts. Determined to further his passion and business, he dream to own a central kitchen that could one day distribute his macarons outside of Malaysia. Direct and gregarious, Chef Edwin Chan said perhaps his love for good desserts began with just an interest but it was his high aspiration to be “The Picasso of Pastry”, just like Pierre Hermes, that he decided to devote his craft in his footsteps.

Elevete means “raising to a more impressive level”, is something the brand would like to achieve through good desserts and allow the brand speaks for itself. In this field, there is no short-cut and only consistency in practise with deep passion. The brand believes that everyone deserves to try premium desserts without hurting their wallets.
