There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% cash upon delivery of service

Terms & Condition

1.) In the unlikely event that Empress Make Up Studio is unable to provide service on the actual day of your wedding due to unforeseen and unfortunate events or circumstances, We will do all best to find a professional make up artist as the replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.

2.) Do keep us informed of any specific type of skin condition(s)/allergy to any particular product or ingredient(s) that you are aware of. Products used by us are mostly commercially known professional brands and are suitable/safe for most skin types. We shall not hold any responsibility/ responsibilities if no known allergies were mentioned prior to makeover session.
