There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% balance to be paid at the end of event

Terms & Condition

Note: 

1. If the 2 sessions are on different day, a surcharge of RM300 is applied (For Package 01). 

2. For any outstation event that requires overnight stay, accommodation is to be provided (Minimum of a clean 3 stars hotel with internet available). The mentioned surcharges are not reflected in the package price shown above. 

3. If there is additional church session, garden ceremony or any additional sessions which may exceeding total working hour, surcharge to be applied. 

1 photographer – RM250 /additional hour. 

2 photographers – RM350 /additional hour. 

4. Transportation fee applies to region other than Klang Valley, Seremban & Melacca. For oversea assignments, flight tickets & ground transport to be provided by couple. 

5. If actual day schedule is too tight until photographer has insufficient time to feed themselves, lunch / dinner seat need to be provided to photographer & assistant (if any). Photographer will take the first 3 meals of the dinner only due to there is no photography activities being done during this period. 

6. Registration of Marriage photo session with discount rate if bundled with Actual Day Photography Package 01. 

7. Under any extreme and unexpected circumstances that if the photographer could not present at the event day, a replacement of photographer will be arranged to cover the events.
