There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Balance 50% upon product delivery

Terms & Condition

- Booking shall be made 3months before the event.

- All packages can be customised to any request.

- Design fee is FREE up to TWO times amendment. The third time will be charge for design fee.

- Artwork will be design in two weeks time from the day of deposit payment and shall be confirm by the Clients in one week time.

- Delivery fees may be varies due to weight, box sizes and place of deliver.

- Once the goods is sold, we should not be responsible to any damages due to delivery officer's mistake.
