50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 90 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% deposit will be collected by Aiido The balance payment will be collected by the Vendor (50% cash on delivery of service)

Terms & Condition

1. Change of date of delivery
In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to Ivy availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.

2. Replacement due to unforeseen circumstances
In the event that Ivy is unable to perform her duties due to sickness or any unforeseen circumstances, she will find another equally competent and professional makeup artist as replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.

3. Cancellation policy 
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Trial Make up
All trial makeover(s) is/are to take place at client's premises. Trial is recommended for all potential customers as Ivy will not accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the actual day and a refund will not be allowed. Trial makeup will be at RM150 and hairstyle will be on advice only. 

Kindly show photos of makeup and hairstyles that you prefer during the trial session(s). At least 1 month notice must be given if you wish to cancel part of, or reschedule a trial appointment.

5. Outstation transportation surcharge
Transporation charges are applicable for any jobs out of Penang.
