Started as a make up artist since 2012 later became a certified make-up artist in 2014 granted by Professional Makeup artist from Style Flash.

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% Deposit / Balance Cash on Delivery

Terms & Condition

1. Change of date of delivery
In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there changes in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to HninSaw availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.

2. Replacement due to unforeseen circumstances
In the event that HninSaw is unable to perform her duties due to sickness or any unforeseen circumstances, she will find another equally competent and professional make up artist as replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.

3. Cancellation policy 
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Medical Conditions.
Sensitivities or allergies of any kind must be advised in advance. HninSaw will not hold any responsibility if no known allergies were mentioned prior to make up session.

5. Trial Make up
All trial makeover(s) is/are to take place at HninSaw's premises. Trial is recommended for all potential customers as HninSaw will not accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the actual day and a refund will not be allowed. Trial make up will be at RM100 and hairstyle will be on advice only. 

Kindly show photos of make up and hairstyles that you prefer during the trial session(s). At least 1 week notice must be given if you wish to cancel part of, or reschedule a trial appointment.

6. Outstation transportation/accommodation surcharge
Transportation and accommodation charges are applicable for any jobs out of Penang.
