Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% Cash On Delivery

Terms & Condition

1. Copyright in all parts of all images created is assigned to Jerry Kuan Photograhy and remains the property of the photographer. Under the standard Terms of Trade you shared the copyright to use the images off the photographer.

2. A deposit of 50% is required on booking. On payment of your deposit the agreed time and date will be reserved, no other bookings will be taken. For this reason all deposits are non-refundable.

3. All prices in the issued price list are current at time of issue.

4. In the event of serious illness or death, where your photographer is physically not able to photograph your wedding, every attempt will be made to find a replacement photographer of equal or superior quality.

5. It is standard practice of Jerry Kuan Photography to request a couples permission prior to any images being published
in magazines for editorial or advertising purposes. Jerry Kuan Photography retains the right to use images for studio displays, the Jerry Kuan Photography website, photographic award entries and other promotional material without first seeking approval.

6. Outstation outside of Klang valley may subject to outstation surcharges fees.
