There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% deposit will be collected by Aiido The balance payment will be collected by the Vendor (Balance paid in full upon service delivery. We accept cash only)

Terms & Condition

Q: Can I change my appointment date and/or time after booking is done?

Yes, you can. However, new appointment date and/or time will be subjected to our availability. Please check with us before changing the appointment.

In the event that we are not available on your new appointment date and/or time, the deposit will not be refundable.

Q: What if you are not able to provide the service?

In the event that we are not able to carry out the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately. We will try our best to look for a replacement as well. If we fail to secure a replacement, we will inform you soonest possible. Your deposit will be fully refunded to you and the booking cancelled.

Q: The packages include hairstyling service?

No. We did not provide hairstyling services.

Q: The packages include hijabstyling service?

Yes. Hijabstyling include in all packages

Q: Any additional charges?

Groom's makeup - RM100

Accommodation – RM150 / night (For events outside Seremban more than 1 day )

Transportation – RM0.80 / km (For events outside Seremban)
