There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% pay on the wedding day

Terms & Condition

-Please let nicole aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have.


-In the event that Nicole is unable to perform her duties due to sickness or any unforeseen circumstances, she will find another equally competent and professional makeup artist as replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.


-In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to Nicole's availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.


-All trial makeover(s) is/are to take place at client's premises. Trial is recommended for all potential customers as nicole will not accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the actual day and a refund will not be allowed. Trial makeup will be at half price of the package with the hair-do on wedding day


-Transporation charges are applicable for any jobs out of Penang.

-Hair accessories is not included in Nicole's package, You will need to rent or buy your own hair accesories.
