50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 90 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% cash on delivery

Terms & Condition

1) In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to Vivien's availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.

2) Medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind must be advised in advance.

Vivien will not hold any responsibility if no known allergies were mentioned prior to makeover session.

3) Deposits are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

4) Trial Make up: If you need a trial make up from Vivien it will be RM 200 and must travel to Vivien's work place

Traveling surcharge: Only job within klang valley will be taken,

Damansara SS3 within 20Km radius- Free

Damansara SS3 within 30Km radius- Rm30
