Trials

Makeup trial is available at our studio. Duration is about 2hrs. During this session, we will discuss about your preference in regards to the makeup and hairstyle. We will do a demo on you base on the discussion and finalized your bridal look at the end of the trial session.

Look Changes

If you would like us to follow through the event for your makeup touch-up or a quick change of hairstyle, please choose the applicable option upon booking. Makeup artist will follow through for up to 2 hours for this option. If the touch-up/look changes were not able to be done within the 2 hours, an Overtime Fee of RM100/hour will be chargeable.

Please allocate at least 30mins in between your event for this option. 30mins taken into consideration for makeup touch-up, 1 hairstyle change and your dress change.

Accommodation charges shall be claimable against Client once it has been agreed upon and booked. (Estimated to be between RM100 - RM500, depending on location and availability of lodging options)

**For appointments between Midnight to 4am, extra early service surcharge of RM100 will be applicable. Please select the appliable option upon booking.

For example, if Groom arrival time is at 7am, then we would suggest you to start your makeover at 4am, estimate to be finished by 6am. With an hour of buffer time, for you to take family photos or in case of a delay.

Pixie Makeup, based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, was founded by a make up artist who has over 8 years of experience and a distinct passion for making women look naturally beautiful.

50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 90 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Balance paid in full upon service delivery. We accept cash, credit/debit card payments.

Terms & Condition

Q: Can I change my appointment date and/or time after booking is done?

Yes, you can. However, new appointment date and/or time will be subjected to our availability. Please check with us before changing the appointment.

In the event that we are not available on your new appointment date and/or time, you can opt to cancel the appointment. For cancellations, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can. However, please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy below prior to cancelling your booking.

Q: What is your Cancellation & Refund Policy?

We understand that things change. However, please understand that, your deposit may not be fully refunded to you if you chose to cancel your booking.

Once booking is confirmed with a deposit, we would have had our work schedules and other commitments planned out. Necessary or special tools and products for your appointment would have been purchased. Other interested clients would have been turned away. Therefore we are not able to refund your deposit in full. We are sure that you understand and respect us for our commitment and time to you.

Please refer below for our refund policy, if you wish to cancel your booking.

1. Cancellations made earlier than 3 months prior to your appointment: 50% of deposit paid will be refunded.

2. Cancellations made less than 3 months before your appointment: Deposit paid will be forfeited

Q: What if you are not able to provide the service?

In the event that we are not able to carry out the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately. We will try our best to look for a replacement as well. If we fail to secure a replacement, we will inform you soonest possible. Your deposit will be fully refunded to you and the booking cancelled.
