Pause Studio is small team of passionate wedding cinematographers from Kuala Lumpur who specialise in creative wedding storytelling. Capturing the moment in a creative and meaningful way is never easy, but it’s the process and rewards of capturing these moments on the most important day of your life that keep us coming back to the challenge. We combine real world film production expertise with a thoughtful, personal touch. Our team comes from different background, editing, visual effect, photography, videography working with variety of clients. Coming from a background gives us a unique perspective, allowing us to approach filming and editing with an extra flare of creativity and attention to detail. We want to be inspired by you, to understand your interests, passions and style.

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% cash on delivery

Terms & Condition

Film

1. Couple will receive total 2 videos as final output.

- 4-6minutes SDE(Same Day Edit)/Highlight. (Deliver during dinner reception)

- 30-60minutes Full documentary. (Deliver within a month after wedding day)


2. The Video Highlights will post to Our Vimeo Channel without notification in advance

3. Video recording has been standardising with Full HD format quality.

4. For maximum quality, The Video editing process needs time approximately 1 month time after the actual day.



Photography

1. All photos provided will be edited base on basic colour correction. Major editing such as facelift, skin smoothing, eye bag removal, modification on physical appearance and etc in not inclusive in the package unless specified and agreed by Pause Studios with extra charges.

2. Photos will be given in softcopy platform.

3. For maximum quality, the photos editing process needs time approximately 2 to 4 weeks time after the actual day.


General

1. All the packages are not including make-up, couple transportation and entrance fee.

2. 50% Deposit (Down Payment) is required to reserve the event date and cannot be refunded if cancelled. 

3.All photos will be deleted or sent for archival within 3 months after the photos are delivered to The Client.
