Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% cash on delivery of service

Terms & Condition

1. Client Responsibility
It’s the clients responsibly to make Yen aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have, and if so she highly recommends a consultation.

2. Replacement due to unforeseen circumstances
In the event that Yen is unable to perform her duties due to sickness or any unforeseen circumstances, she will find another equally competent and professional makeup artist as replacement. Clients will be informed of such changes.

3. Change of date of delivery
In the event when deposit had been given and the time slot had been confirmed and there is a change in date, postponement of wedding date, changes to a new date will be subjected to Yen's availability. If she is unavailable, deposit will be forfeited.

4. No refund policy
Deposits are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Trial Make up
All trial makeover(s) is/are to take place at client's premises. Trial is recommended for all potential customers as Yen will not accept responsibility if a desired style or look does not meet expectations on the actual day and a refund will not be allowed. Trial makeup will be at RM150 and hairstyle will be on advice only.

6. Outstation transportation surcharge
Transporation charges are applicable for any jobs out of Klang Valley.
