Aiido Wedding Day Coordination
Pricing depends on size of banquet, number of guests, necessary staffing, types of venues, travel distance & etc
- Wedding planning service begins 2 weeks prior to Wedding Date
- Complimentary two hours consultation prior to booking
- 1 wedding planning meeting between couple and wedding planner to wrap up on wedding details.

Vendor coordination
- A one hour site inspection at reception venue on the week of wedding
- Thorough review on vendor details
- Review vendor deposits & payments due
- Final calls to vendor list and services
- Distribute wedding agendas to each vendor

Wedding day management and oversight
- Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding reception (up to 6 hours)
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal (if required)
- Coordination with vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding are provided in a timely manner
- Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned
- Making sure everything is running on schedule
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
- Guest coordination and assistance
- Emergency wedding day kit (if needed)
