Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% balance need to be paid after event

Terms & Condition

Question 1: Why should I choose White Visual Studio?

White Visual Studio always capture the moments of your wedding. We rarely ask the couple to act for their 2nd take in their wedding. We always quietly hide behind the video camera and capture all moments with your most natural smiles and moments.

Questions 2: What is SDE (Same Day Edit) and Wedding Highlight Video?

SDE is Same Day Edit Video, we will record the wedding ceremony for the morning session and doing fast editing on the same day. Then, your friends and families can watch the SDE Video at your dinner reception session.

Wedding Highlight Video is another alternative way to edit your video. We will have more times to spend on the video editing, colouring and sound mixing. Therefore, we can assure the video result will be better than SDE (Same Day Edit) Video. If you are not rushing for your wedding highlight video, this is another way to guarantee your wedding video will be nice and sweet!

Question 3: Should I get One Videographer or Two videographers?

This is always a question that all the couples have. Basically, two videographers will assure you to have more alternative angles for your wedding. It can actually cover two different angles during your wedding ceremony. We will definitely recommend you to get two videographers. However, we still offer one videographer package if you think it's enough from one video camera.

Questions 4: What is Wedding Full Edit Video? Thumb drive or DVD collection?

Wedding Full Edit Video is the final product of your wedding actual day. It will cover the whole day's event with our editing of video and music. You can watch all morning, games, tea ceremony and also dinner reception session all in one collection of Wedding Full Edit Video.

You can choose either received the final product in Thumb Drive or DVD. Thumb Drive will be easy for you to access with TV or PC to watch your wedding video in FULL HD QUALITY. For DVD, we will print out with cover design and give you two copies of DVD to watch with your DVD player.

Questions 5: How long time should we wait to collect the final wedding video?

We need at least a month to edit and finalise the Wedding Full Edit Video. During Peak season (September to December), we may need 1 - 3 months to edit your Wedding Full Edit Video. However, we will always upload your SDE video or Wedding Highlight Video to the internet in a week after your wedding actual day.

Question 6: How do I confirm the booking and payment methods?

50 percent of deposit is required to book and confirm our wedding videography service. The balance payment needs to be paid right after the event. Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer are all accepted for the payment.
