Cancellation Policy- No-refund

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% will be collected 1 week before service

Terms & Condition

1. Upon the payment of deposit or full payment, customer accepts the quotation and agrees to the terms and condition stated here.

2. Any breach or cancellation of the contract will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid to PRINTICULOUS PTE LTD.

3. Surcharge of SGD$30 is required if service hours fall on public holidays.

4. Any additional time requested that is not stated in this contract, will be chargeable.

5. At least 30 days lead time for preparation and confirmation of artwork.

6. Unlimited photo printing service is only limited to the number of hours specified.

7. Only softcopies of the photos will be given to the customer after the end of service.

8. Soft copies refers to the photos taken within the service time only.

9. Any last minute changes to the date and time of event is subjected to availability.

10. Should PRINTICULOUS PTE LTD fail to deliver any ordered service or merchandise, in any event,  we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods or services yet to be completed.

11. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under Printiculous Selling Terms by anything you do (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

12. Full payment must be made payable to PRINTICULOUS PTE LTD within 14 days from the end of service.
