There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - The remaining balance to be collected on the actual wedding day itself.

Terms & Condition

1. The fully edited video/photos (*Excluding the SDE Video) will be ready approximately four weeks from the wedding date. Delivery will be in softcopy. 

2. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform us of any technical or other problems with the final product within 3 days. After 3 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. Any additional requested revision made by the client, will be charged according to the photographer / videographer rates.

3. Silverskye Productions will always ensure that the video is at its best quality and we do not do any form of re-edits for the SDE video on the actual day.

4. Client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything that the videographer/ photographer will shoot.

5. The Videographer / photographer will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accident, poor lighting, interference from guest, etc.

6. In the event if the videographer / photographer is unable to shoot due to sudden illness, accidents, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond our control. We will provide a replacement videographer / photographer for such an unlikely event.

7. It is very important that the videographer / photographer knows the key elements of your day in advance so that important moments can be captured. Please provide your wedding day schedule / timeline to the videographer / photographer latest 1 week before your wedding day. On the actual day, Silverskye Productions will work to meet all your reasonable requests and expectations; however, circumstances may prevent certain footages from being created. It is important that you understand that Silverskye Productions does not guarantee your requests will be met if there is any unforeseen circumstances happen.

8. Please provide seats / meals for Silverskye Productions crew if we are shooting for your wedding lunch / dinner.

9. Deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on your actual wedding day itself in cash.

10. Should the event be cancelled, the deposit paid shall be for forfeited. If you wish to postponed the event, please contact us as soon as possible to check for our availability. 

11. In the unlikely circumstance that the files got corrupted or damaged and we are unable to complete your final product, Silverskye Productions will refund the amount paid by you, but we will not be held liable for any additional damages.

12. Silverskye Productions reserves the right to use the images / videos shot by the photographer / videographer for display, publication or other purposes on our web-sites and social media. All the masters and raw footages remain the exclusive property of Silverskye Productions. If the client prefers exclusive rights, he/she agrees to pay an additional fee of $400/- before the delivery of the final video.
