50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 30 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.
To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.
Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Rest of the amount settle upon delivery of service
Confidential information
Any personal information collected during contract signing will not be released
or shared to any third party for marketing purposes and any other purposes not
listed here without personal consent or permissions. Personal information
includes contact number, email address and physical address.
Exception is made for names used for online gallery displaying photographs of
you and photographs that might represent you, should you agree to let us use the photographs for our own marketing purposes. We cannot accept any
responsibility for any harm done from leak of information through third party or
illegal methods.
Image Quality and Style
By signing of the contract, client is deemed to have discussed and understood the style and quality of work to be carried out. We will, at our best, carry out our
work with the highest quality. However, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent
accuracy of expectation due to the mismatch artistic perspective.
Copyright
Photographer will be the first owner of all images created and therefore, hold all
copyrights of all images by creation. The client shall not copy, distribute or reuse
any image for any marketing or promotional purposes.
Cancellation
All deposit and payment is non-refundable if due to client’s circumstances
leading to the cancellation. Change of dates and time or change of purpose of
work agreed is subject to the availability and mutual consent of the
photographer.
Indemnity
Photographer will not be liable for any injuries or physical harm inflicted by
client before, during or after the shoot. If the client is uncomfortable in any
situation or circumstances at any point, it is the rights of the client to notify
photographer.

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.
