50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 180 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% to be paid 5 working days before your photoshoot/wedding.

Terms & Condition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CHARGEABLE HOURS: Hours are chargeable as long as the photographer is with the Client.  Refer to the Package inclusions for the chargeable hours.

2. ARTISTIC DIRECTION: The Photographer reserves all rights to art direction of photography and image post processing. The photographer also reserves the right to design and layout the albums (if any) in a manner best representing the couple and the day's event.

3. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS:  The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced In any manner without AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd.'s explicit written permission. Upon final payment by the Client, limited copyright ownership, which is unfettered, perpetual and royalty-free of the resulting images will be transferred to the Client under the following conditions:

ϖ The negatives and/or slides are the property of the Client for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.

ϖ The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. prior to an event where the Client publishes or sells the photographs for profit. The Client will notify AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. if it has actual knowledge of the Client's friends or relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.

ϖ The Client must obtain written permission from AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. before digitally altering, processing or making any other type of amendments to the photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd..

4. MODEL RELEASE:  The Client hereby assigns and grants AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be Included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. It is agreed that AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, public display such as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper by AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd..

5. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Digital processing takes approximately 4 weeks from the date of the photoshoot, depending on the workload. 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.  AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. shall immediately inform the Client of the occurrence of a Force Majeure event.

AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. will replace the photographer with another photographer if none is available. AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. will make every effort to secure a replacement able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. may recommend such other replacement photographer to the Client and the Client may appoint such replacement photographer in its discretion.  In the event of the appointment of such replacement photographer as recommended by AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd., the fees shall be adjusted as agreed between the parties.  In the event that no replacement photographer is selected, AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. shall refund all monies paid by the Client within 2 days of such Force Majeure event.

AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of the Client’s photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd.’s control, save as a result of any fraud or willful default by AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd., the latter's liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package within one week of the abovementioned event. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures based on the percentage of total number of originals.

7. NON-GUARANTEE: Although every possible care will be taken to produce photographs, AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above. AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due to any other cause in or outside of AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd.'s control.

8. PERFORMANCE:  The performance of this contract on behalf AllRock Studios Pte. Ltd. shall be subjected to the non-occurrence of acts of God such as flood, fire, warfare, adverse changes to government laws or regulations prohibiting photography, electrical failure, strikes by suppliers, and/or conditions beyond Its control.

9. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
