Country: Australia. Vintage: 2015. Varietal: Merlot. Tasting Notes: Lifted fruits of plum, black currant and hints of vanilla. Medium bodied with plummy fruit and soft tannins
2) McWilliams Inheritance Cabernet Shiraz Cabernet
Country: Australia. Vintage: 2014. Varietals: Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting Notes: Aromas of spice, blackberry, plum and dark cherry are supported by sweet oak. Palate is soft and medium bodied, flavours of red cherry and forest berries with fine grain tannins.
3) Zonin Regions Collection Merlot
Country: Italy. Varietal: 85% Merlot. 15% others. Tasting notes: Captivating because of its freshness and its delicious vinosity in combination with a delightful abundance of fruity tones. Pleasantly full and intense with soft tannins and a long fruity finish.
Choice of white wine:
1) McWilliams Inheritance Chardonnay
Country: Australia. Vintage: 2014. Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe stonefriut, peach blossom and white nectarine with a hint of green apple are supported a fine nutty character and subtle background oak. The palate opens immediately with fesh fruit flavours balanced against a pleasant creamy texture and soft finish. Oak is supportive yet restrained and the acid provides good drive and length. Varietal: Chardonnay
2) Zonin Regions Collection Soave
Country: Italy. Varietal: Soave Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow colour. Intense bouquet, with floral and peachy scents. Dry yet mellow flavour. Fresh and richly fruity, with a long delicate finish.

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.
