There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Full payment for orders below $500, within one week after confirmation.

• All payments are to be made to the following beneficiary via cheque or bank transfer:-

• Full payment is required for orders amounting to $500 or less, and/or if the event date is one month or less from the confirmation date.

• For orders amounting to more than $500, the remaining balance will be due one month after Aiido's confirmation.  

• Items are not allowed to be reduced or refunded once deposit is made. However, exchanges for other items of the same value or under, is negotiable.

• All decorative items and props are the property of Blanc Studios. Ttheir removal from the event premises or their damage will be chargeable to the signatory.

• Delivery charges start from S$30 onwards depending on location and volume.

• Venue Setup & Teardown charges start from S$150 onwards depending on location and volume.
