There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Balance 50% to be paid within 7 days upon booking with Aiido or 7 days before charter whichever comes first

Terms & Condition

For Weather Condition:

Bob Marine will not be responsible for the weather condition on the day of the charter. Any cancellation by the client will result in full forfeit of payment.

Postponing the Charter:

There will be an administrative fee of $150 for postponing the charter.

No Cancellation:

1.) There will be no cancellation of food and flower decorations ordered 3 days before the charter.

2.) If remaining 70% balance is not received within 7 days, Bob marine has all rights to cancel the booking and the user will forfeit the 30% paid deposit.
