Additional details

- 40-50 namecard-sized prints will be given.

- Additional hours at $120 each.

50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 180 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Deposit by Aiido, remainder to be paid within 3 days after the shoot.

Terms & Condition

1. Payments

- All payments made are non-refundable, without exceptions.

- Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Details to be given during the shoot.

2. Delivery

- Photos will be sent via a download link within 4 calendar weeks from the day of the shoot.

- For packages that include gift boxes, an additional 2-3 weeks are required.

3. Copyright

- Cepheus Chan Photography holds the copyright of images produced during the shoot.

- Clients have permission to copy, print and upload the photos for their own personal use. Commercial usage of photos is strictly not allowed without obtaining a separate license from Cepheus Chan Photography.

- Cepheus Chan Photography may use the photos for portfolio and marketing purposes without prior notice to the clients.

4. Archival Release

- The photographer is under no obligation to retain the digital image files once all products in the package has been delivered.

5. Limitation of liability

- In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
