50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 90 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% upon completion

Terms & Condition

 The negatives and/or slides are the property of the Client for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to friends and relatives.

 The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate CaughtOn Camera. prior to an event where the Client publishes or sells the photographs for profit. The Client will notify CaughtOn Camera. if it has actual knowledge of the Client's friends or relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.

 The Client must obtain written permission from CaughtOn Camera. before digitally altering, processing or making any other type of amendments to the photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by CaughtOn Camera..

CaughtOn Camera. will replace the photographer with another photographer if none is available. CaughtOn Camera. will make every effort to secure a replacement able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff. CaughtOn Camera. may recommend such other replacement photographer to the Client and the Client may appoint such replacement photographer in its discretion.  In the event of the appointment of such replacement photographer as recommended by CaughtOn Camera., the fees shall be adjusted as agreed between the parties.  In the event that no replacement photographer is selected, CaughtOn Camera. shall refund all monies paid by the Client within 2 days of such Force Majeure event.

CaughtOn Camera. takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment and professional grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of the Client’s photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond CaughtOn Camera.’s control, save as a result of any fraud or willful default by CaughtOn Camera., the latter's liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package within one week of the abovementioned event. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures based on the percentage of total number of originals.
