Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Balance payment at the end of your event

Details of the works

We will create for the look-and-feel, sequence and functionality of your video according to the provided ideas and specifications. If there are no ideas provided, Craft Weddings will edit according to the feel we get from your wedding. We will only provide one main cut for every video produced but if you wish to have some revisions due to personal preferences, we will be happy to do it for you but do note that there will be an extra charge for the time incurred.

On-site video and photography coverage

All crew and support crew will report to the location according to the call time stated in the itinerary. If an itinerary is not given, the crew will report based on the latest correspondence in email. For safety, all crew and equipment should be under shelter during a wet weather event.

Video content

We will develop your project using valid ADOBE and/or Final Cut Studio softwares, and also some third party programs for styling and encoding. We will test all our developed content on PC. Mac and players. We will also test to ensure that digital files are properly encoded to the necessary specifications if the content is to be uploaded online.

Overruns

We understand that overruns are inevitable sometimes but that should be taken into consideration during the allocation of production hours, thus we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed amount stated in the outline of services on a per hour basis.

Technical support

If you do require help with anything beyond the development of your project, we'll be happy to help. This act of goodwill is done to the best of our knowledge and should not be taken into account as a component of your project.

Copyrights

You guarantee to us that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in the web site are either owned by your good selfs, or that you have permission to use them.

When we receive your final payment, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you for this project. We will give you a copy of all files and you should store them really safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any original source files that we used in making them.

You also own videos, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them. We own the project sequence/s, post production data and we license it to you for use on only this project.
