There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% to be paid 1 month prior to your wedding date

Terms & Condition

Terms of Payment: 1. 30% deposit to be required for confirmation via Aiido. 70% to be paid 1 month before your wedding date.
2. All payments made are non-refundable, without exceptions.
3. Payment modes:
(i) Cheque payable to Express Oh LLP
(ii) Internet banking
4. Delivery of photographs / footages will be within 6 – 8 calendar weeks from AD date stated above. Weddings in the months of June, September, October, December typically will take up to 8 calendar weeks to be delivered.
5. Express Oh LLP will take every effort to ensure proper, serviceable and operational condition for the equipment used. However in the event of digital failure (such as corruption of files; hard disk failure, etc), Express Oh LLP will attempt, without guarantee, to retrieve the data within our reasonable means. In such event, Express Oh LLP will be not be held liable for lost of footages and/or images due to such nature.
6. Retrieval fee of S$100 will be imposed for retrieving of photographs / footages after final delivery. Express Oh! Photography will only retrieve edited photographs / footages if such a request is raised. Express Oh! Photography will archive the photographs / footages for 5 years from date of event.
7. Express Oh LLP holds the copyrights of the images together with client names as stated above. Express Oh LLP may use the images and/or vides on its discretion on their online social media and websites for the principal, but not restricted to, purpose of portfolio showcase.
8. By booking a package with us, you are indicating that you have understood all the terms and conditions stated.
