Firstly, the curated network of vendors is manually verified by Aiido team, to give you an assurance of mind. All of these vendors are legally bounded to the terms of agreement signed with Aiido, so that you will not be at the mercy of unorthodox practices.
Secondly, the deposit that we have collected, will only be paid to the Vendor after the Vendor has delivered the service and/or product. This is deposit protection that we offer to Aiido users.
On top of that, you can earn Aiido Points from bookings to enjoy incredible promotions, deals and benefits from Aiido Rewards Partners.
Step 1: Sign up or log in to your user account.
Step 2: Search by the category and select your preferred packages or vendors.
Step 3: Click on "Book now" button and you will be prompted to select the date and time of delivery and the optional add-ons.
Step 4: Key in your credit card details and proceed to make payment. You will then receive a confirmation email once the payment is successful.
Within 72 hours, the respective vendor will contact you with the necessary follow-ups.
Most of the packages are collecting 50% of the total transaction value as a deposit upon booking. Please check the details of every package under Payment Schedule in the T & C tab. The deposit amount will be displayed upon checking out.
Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email from Aiido. Within the next 72 hours, the respective vendor will contact you to start liaising on the details. If the vendor does not contact you, or if you do not receive our email confirmation right after booking, please first look into your junk/spam mailbox before contacting us at [email protected] with your booking details.
No, Aiido does not charge any booking fee. On top of that, Aiido will review all packages offered by our list of vendors periodically to make sure the pricing offered on Aiido Platform is compatible to what the vendors are offering to their own customers.
It will subject to the respective vendor’s cancellation policy. The refund will be done in the form of credits.
