There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - All payment dues on the day of the event.

Terms & Condition

1. Email/Text communication constitutes a contract in law, unless the Client specifically states they will not accept this and instead provides hardcopy paperwork of all relevant agreements and contracts.

2. A non-refundable deposit as agreed are payable for all confirm events/packages bookings and FULL ALL DUES payment are to be made by due date of invoice.

3. We will edit and enhance every take and deliver what it considers to be the best of every situation covered as per our styles and standard. If none is discussed, there is no right of the client, to reject on the basis of style, composition or editing.

a) We will work with a detailed desire output as provided by the client, or help with creative input
when needed.

4. All soft copies returned will be in high resolution easy to use Jpegs images, via Cloud drives and/or Thumbdrive to meet your needs, for web or print.

5. RAW and unedited/untouched files remain the property of Uniek/FarnSarahPhotovision and will
not be provided under any circumstances.

6. Your photos/images may and will be use for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.
