Terms and Conditions:

50% of the package price will be paid to Aiido upon booking via Aiido website, another 30% Deposit to be paid 3 months before the event date, and the rest (20%) to be paid on the event date before the event start.
All stands, vases, sashes, artificial flowers must be returned after the event, any lost item will be considered as Sold.
Our choice of flowers are Rose, Carnation, Eustoma, Orchid, Gerbera, Chrysanthemum, Gypso, etc.
There will be additional charge for partially changing flowers to a higher range e.g. Hydrangea, Tulip, Lily.

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Additional 30% Deposit to be paid 3 months before the event date, and the rest (20%) to be paid on the event date before the event start.

Delivery fee:

Weekday & Saturday $7 per delivery

Sunday & Public Holiday: $20 per delivery

We can deliver your order at any date. However we use a 3rd party delivery service which limits our control on the specific delivery times.
We are committed to fulfilling deliveries within the given time range of 9.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 6.00pm and 6.00pm - 9.00pm.

In order to ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to provide the most accurate delivery details during checkout. i.e. unit number, floor number, physical description (for hard to locate places), bed/ward number, function name, etc.

We will call the contact number provided before delivery. In the event there is no recipient during the delivery, we will try to put it in a secure location or leave it with someone relevant (i.e. neighbours, co-workers, receptionist, etc). Lastly if all fails, we will bring back the product to our depot and will try to arrange for re-delivery.
