50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 180 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% on the day of the photobooth, or up to 14 days after the event

Terms & Condition

Upon the paying of deposit, customer accepts quotation provided and agrees to the terms and condition stated as follows: 

Service

Unlimited printing is limited to the engaged time only

Soft copies of all photos will be provided for download via an online site after the event.

Any change in engagement timing and date to be subjected to availability 

There will be a surcharge of $80 should event date falls on a public holiday.

Instantly Singapore is not liable to any additional compensation other than refund of the original payment.

Instantly Singapore will not be liable for any delays or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ie weather, venue, power, etc. Hirer will not be compensated in such situations and full payment will still be required.

Any breach or cancellation of agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit paid.

Delivery

Instantly Singapore reserve the right to impose an additional charge if the event venue is either not easily accessible or not on a lift level.

Customized template design

We require a one-month lead time for template designs.

Design revision is included up to the first 5 times. Each subsequent revision is at $30.

Payment

Full payment must be made payable to Instantly Singapore Pte Ltd within 14 days after event.
