50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 180 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - As our woody favours are personalised specially for your wedding, we require full payment upon confirmation to proceed with engraving.

Terms & Condition

A minimum order of 100 pieces is required. Feel free to let us know should you require a higher quantity.

Select your preferred package and we'll get in touch to have your personalised wordings to craft your wedding favours.

We do not limit on word count, but we'll always recommend something short and sweet, such as your unique wedding hashtag.

Engraving works will only commence upon full receipt of payment.

Parcel will be delivered via registered mail to your stipulated address.

For short notice orders (less than 2 months), an express service charge of $120 applies, subjected to acceptance of order.
