There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% cash on delivery

Terms & Condition

1. All services include: ampoules or similar base, faux eyelashes, eyebrow grooming if necessary and transport to your location

2. Transport charge of $30 applies for inaccessible locations (Sentosa, Tuas, NSRCC etc.)

3. Early morning charge of $50 applies for services before 8am

4. Loan of hair accessories available for bridal packages with a refundable deposit of $50

5. Hair accessories must be returned within a week of the date borrowed and in the same condition, if not deposit will be forfeited

6. Groom touch up and hairstyling is included for bridal packages

7. Trial to be done only at my location and on weekdays, weekend trials are subjected to my availability 

8. In unforeseen circumstances, a replacement makeup artist of similar style and experience from my team will be found

9. No refund once deposit is made

10. Any change in date or timing after deposit has been made is subjected to my availability

11. Rates quoted are subjected to change
