SoundGrove Music was established to address a very important question: Do we really need live music at weddings or events? We strongly believe that live music adds an element of soul and character which cannot be recreated in other ways. Imagine walking into a venue with a live jazz band transporting you to the golden era of swing and jazz. Imagine having a saxophonist serenading the guests at a cocktail reception.
We believe that music makes everything better. Period.
We customize our packages entirely for our clients, from the band configuration to the song choice. We believe that every client is unique and we want to make every event special and memorable. Where words fail, music speaks.
There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.
To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.
Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% to be paid on the day of the performance (before we start performing)
In the event one of our musicians are severally ill, we will inform the client and look for a suitable replacement.

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.

50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 30 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.
