Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - Remaining 50% upon completion of job

Terms and Conditions

It is agreed that the following terms set out the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.

For the purpose of this agreement, "the Client" shall where the context so admits include their respective assignees, sublicencees and successors in title. "Photographs" and "videos" mean all photographic material furnished by Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) whether transparencies, negatives, prints or any other type of physical or electronic material. "The Company" refers to the named company in reference, Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP).

The copyright in the photographs and videos are owned by and retained by Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) at all times throughout the world. The Client agrees that Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) is the sole author of the photographs and videos.

Any images or copies of images or videos whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright Act (Chapter 63). It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image or video created as part of this contract without the permission of Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) in writing.

The Client shall ensure that there is an authorized representative present at the assignment to ensure the correctness of Steph Lee Films' (Divine Senses LLP) interpretation of the Client’s brief. In the event of no Client representation, Steph Lee Films' (Divine Senses LLP) interpretation of the brief shall be deemed as correct.

Once the Client has made a booking for a specific time and date, Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) will not accept any other work from other clients for those times and dates. As a result, once a booking is made, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged to the client according to the following schedule. When a client cancels a booking after confirmation, the full amount of the deposit will be charged. When a client cancels a booking within 1 month of any confirmed date, a fee of 100% of the payment will be charged. In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already incurred by Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP).

Upon confirmation, the following fee structure will have to be adhered to:

At any one time, the full payment of the booking fee can be made to Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP). No photographs/videos will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.

Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) may display any photographs/videos included in this contract in the company’s web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows.

The Company's name will be printed in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the photographs unless agreed otherwise prior to the work commencing.

All image sizes are nominal. Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) will provide a pleasing color balance according to the company’s best effort and professionalism but cannot guarantee exact color matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact color as seen by the human eye.

Image manipulation is only available on album packages and is limited to terms agreed on the packages.

For all images/data supplied to the Client in electronic format (including but not limited to electronic mail, CDs/DVDs etc), Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) will endeavor to ensure that the data sent is not corrupt and is virus-free by scanning the data with Antivirus software before dispatch. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage, disruption and/or loss of any kind that the said media may cause to the Clients computer or data. The Client agrees to take similar steps to ensure that data sent to Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) is not corrupt and/or virus-free.

All reorders shall be treated as an extension of this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing.

No alteration or manipulation of the image may be made with out the permission of Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP).

Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Company’s judgment regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.

The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.

The Client shall be responsible for the behavior of any persons accompanying them to an assignment. Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) reserves the right to terminate any assignment without notice if he deems the Clients behavior to be unruly and/or unsafe. In such instances, Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) reserves the right to charge full fees and expenses. The Client will fully reimburse Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) for any loss/damage they cause to property or equipment.

In the unlikely event of the assigned Photographer or Videographer being unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) reserves the right to appoint another photographer/videographer to attend your wedding on their behalf to undertake the wedding photography to his/her best ability.

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Should the photographer notice that a member of the wedding party or guest has been seen to blink, the photograph will be taken again but it is impossible to guarantee to see all of them.

Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) shall not be liable for any legal action, claims or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use by the Client. The client shall indemnify Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) against any claims and/or damages against him as a result of the client’s use of the photographs.

Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) acknowledges that in the performances of the services, he may receive information from the Client which is designated by the Client as confidential. Upon request from the Client, Steph Lee Films (Divine Senses LLP) agrees to keep this information secret and not to disclose such information to other parties except as required by law.
