Terra is a boutique shop that specializes in artisanal floral arrangements. Each bouquet that goes through our doors and into your hands is meticulously handcrafted to perfection by our flowersmiths, using the finest blooms available.
50% from deposit paid will be refunded with a notice period no less than 180 days prior to the day of delivery for service or product.
To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.
Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% one week before the actual date

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.
