There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.
To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.
Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% on the day of the photoshoot
- Please take note that the amount reflected is NOT subject to any government taxes and is only for Singapore shoot only
- The amount reflected is solely for the scope of work / project mentioned (price varies per project)
- The amount reflected is not paid yet unless otherwise stated Photos/Videos, if applicable, will be delivered/mail/web-transfer 30 days (excluding weekend and public holidays) after the end of the event/shoot (unless stated otherwise)
- Ownership of the photos/videos taken belongs to the photographer and photographer has the rights to post or blog in his own personal, business or Facebook page.
- Deposit is only refundable if the project requirement has not been fulfilled as agreed, specified on a separate batch of correspondences. In any other case, deposit is non-refundable
- Additional specifications/amendments are chargeable at prevailing rates
- Photographer is not responsible in any delay of work should it be the cause of the followings: accident while filming, bad weather or negligence of timeline by client Safety of photographer, his crew, as well as the client is the top most priority.
- Photographer have the rights to reject any work should it threatens the safety of the photographer, his crew, as well as the client
- Photographer has the rights to reject or advise any ideas suggested by the client Photographer reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
- Should there be a case of national call up (NS manning activation, photographer will select the next best candidate to cover him)

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.
