Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% to be made upon confirmation of service. Remaining 50% to be made 3 days before date of event.

Terms & Condition

Terms and Conditions of Services

Scope of Work:

Rental of Wedding Decorations/Props, Installation & Dismantling of Wedding Decoration Styling Works. Rental duration of 4 hours after setup is completed.

Security Deposit:

Security Deposit of SGD$50.00 is required. Security Deposit will be refunded after the event when everythig is collcted back in good condition. 

Change of Event Details:

Change of event detail (Venue, Date or Time) can only be made once, but subject to availability. However, should there be any cancellation of booking, Security Deposit will be forfeited.

Payment:

50% to be made upon confirmation of service. Remaining 50% to be made 3 days before date of event. 

Parking Charges:

Complimentary Parking Ticket to be provided by customer during event date. If complimentary parking is not made available, customer shall bear a flat parking rate of SGD$10.00.

Wedding Decorations/Props:

Vanity Dreams reserved the rights to change/replace any wedding decorations or wedding props due to unforeseen circumstances (E.g. Items damaged by previous customer).

Handover of Wedding Decorations & Props:

Upon completion of setup, handover form will be signed to ensure all items are handed over in good condition to customer.

Damaged or Lost of Wedding Decorations & Props:

Any damaged or lost of wedding decorations & props will be charged to the Security Deposit in accordance to the Schedule of Rates. Should the penalty amount exceed the Security Deposit, customer will need to top up the outstanding.

Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be made for confirmed services. Security Deposit and any payment received by Vanity Dreams will be forfeited. If the customer fails to pay the full price of the services rendered, Vanity Dreams shall be entitled to cancel the service at any time and dismantle all setups done without recourse to judicial procedures. Any goods delivered and unpaid for shall be returned to Vanity Dreams at customer’s expense. To this end, Vanity Dreams and any appointed carriers shall be authorized to cancel the sale and collect any unpaid monies for goods from the customer.

Reserved Rights:

Vanity Dreams reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Services, at any time without prior notice.
