*This pertains to an average hotel reception table. For decoration for more than 1 reception table, additional charge of $50 per table will be incurred.

Additional Costs: For new requests / changes made two weeks prior to the event, there will be an additional 10% charge 

Payment Schedule: 50% upon confirmation (30% to Aiido, 20% to Wedding en Vogue), remaining 50% is upon delivery (not later than 7 days after event) 

Cancellation fee: Allowed no later than 1 month before the event. The 50% deposit will be forfeited 

Our late payment is standardised across all packages: 

Subjected to 5% per month (compounded monthly) on the Balance Payable.

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.

Payment Schedule

To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.

Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% upon delivery (no later than 7 days after the day of Set up)

Terms & Condition

Please note that the lead time required will differ from package to package, please check accordingly before booking. 

For pre wedding photoshoot and proposal it will be minimum 1 month notice.

For dessert table, wedding reception table and solemnization it will be minimum 2 months notice.
