For all packages, our gowns rental period is for 3 days unless agreed otherwise.

There will be no refund for any cancellation made due to any circumstances at any point in time after the transaction of the purchase of the service and/or product. More info on cancellation policies.
To secure a booking with this vendor, please pay a 50% deposit via Aiido. The deposit paid will be released to the vendor after the service/product is delivered.
Remaining balance of payment will be collected by the vendor - 50% on the day of the gown fitting
Refundable security deposit of SGD500 will be collected on the day of gown collection. This deposit will be refunded when the gown/suits are returned in good condition.

Application of cancellation policy of each transaction is as mentioned under the respective package listing. It is your sole responsibility to notify the seller/vendor on cancellation of any transaction(s) and you will be solely and unconditionally liable to fulfill all terms in the respective cancellation policy.
Where any refund is made to you, such refund will be credited to your account. The refund will be 50% from deposit paid in accordance to the respective cancellation policy.
